How fast will I get results?
Expect an immediate glow after treatment and a gradual improvement with every treatment. You should notice the change in 4–6 treatments (2 boxes). For best results, keep a consistent routine for 4–6 months.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes! Both kits are designed for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The stamping technology makes sure there is no scarring and ensures smooth serum flow. Check with your dermatologist first if you have a skin problem or medical concern, especially rosacea, eczema or aggressive acne.
Can I use it with any serum on the market?
Not recommended. The included serum is specifically formulated to work with the device's technology, ensuring optimal absorption, effectiveness and sterility to prevent infections.
Does it work on all areas of the face?
The kit is designed for the face and neck, excluding the eye area where the skin is very thin and sensitive, and areas with acne. On the lips, stamp gently.
Is it painful? Does it cause scarring?
You may feel a slight pricking sensation. There is zero risk of permanent scarring.
How long does the redness last?
Apply the treatment before bed and you'll notice it has gone by the next morning. Wear sunscreen for the next 48 hours and avoid harsh products and make-up for 24 hours.
Can I use my regular routine after treatment?
You can continue your routine with hyaluronic acid or collagen creams, but avoid retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid and other harsh ingredients on the day of the treatment.
Does it help with wrinkles, discoloration and scarring?
Yes, it helps with all three. The best results show within 4–6 months, and deeper scars and wrinkles take longer to improve.

Are the heads reusable?
No. Each needle head, glass vial and serum vial is sterile and single-use, then should be thrown away to prevent infection.
How often should I use the treatment?
Every 2 weeks. Each box contains 3 treatments.
